Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we start processing it as soon as possible.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping time depends on your location and the product you ordered.
Typical delivery estimates (after processing):
• For most countries: around 5–15 business days
• Remote areas or special items (like large eBikes) may take a bit longer
These are estimated time frames and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur due to customs checks, local carriers, holidays, or unexpected events.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
You can use this tracking number to follow your package with the carrier’s website.
If you did not receive a tracking email after a few days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
International Shipping and Customs
We ship to many countries. Availability depends on battery regulations and shipping restrictions in your area.
In some cases, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking local rules before ordering, especially for high-value items and products with large batteries.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is refused by the customer, additional fees may apply for reshipping or returning the parcel.
If you notice a mistake in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the customer.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:
• Check with family members, neighbors, or your building management
• Verify the address used in your order
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help you check with the carrier. Please note we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement in cases of confirmed delivery, but we will assist you as much as possible.
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with:
• Your order number
• Photos or videos showing the damage and the packaging
We will review your case and work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Pre-Orders and Special Items
For certain products or new releases, we may offer pre-orders. These items may have different processing and shipping times, which will be mentioned on the product page.
