Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.

Return Eligibility
You can usually request a return if:

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • You contact us within a limited time after delivery (for example 14–30 days, depending on local laws and our specific product conditions)

Some items may not be returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (for example certain accessories or used helmets), or may be subject to special conditions. Any exceptions will be mentioned on the product page.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show clear signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

Return Conditions for E-Bikes and E-Scooters
Because eBikes and eScooters are higher-value and more complex items:

  • They must be in like-new condition, with no significant scratches, dents, or wear

  • All original accessories, manuals, chargers, and packaging must be included

  • In many cases, mileage or usage must be minimal

If a product has been heavily used, modified, or damaged, it may not qualify for a standard return, but we’ll still review the situation case by case.

Return Process

  1. Contact us first
    Email us at ridescyber@proton.me with:

    • Your name

    • Your order number

    • The product you want to return

    • Clear photos or a short description of the condition and reason

  2. Wait for approval and instructions
    Do not send anything back before we confirm. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack your item securely
    Use the original packaging if possible and include all accessories. Items damaged during return shipping because of poor packaging may be partially refunded or rejected.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item sent, major defect on arrival, etc.), the customer is usually responsible for return shipping costs.
For large items like eBikes and eScooters, return shipping can be significant. We always recommend contacting us first to see if troubleshooting or a replacement part can solve the problem.

In cases where we are at fault, we may provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the situation and your location.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Confirm approval or refusal of the refund

  • Process the refund to your original payment method if approved

Processing time for refunds depends on your bank or payment provider, but is typically a few business days after we issue it.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, for example:

  • The product shows signs of use or wear

  • Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing

  • The product is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging

We will always inform you of the reason and the amount before finalizing a partial refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or not working properly:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at ridescyber@proton.me

  • Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue and the packaging

We will review the case and may offer:

  • Replacement parts

  • A replacement unit

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund (depending on the problem and product condition)

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item or variant:

  • Email us with your order number and photos of what you received

  • We will correct the mistake, either by sending the correct item or arranging a return and replacement/refund

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable, such as:

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-refundable

  • Items with significant signs of use or intentional damage

  • Products that cannot be resold for safety or hygiene reasons once opened

Any such conditions will be clearly mentioned on the product page whenever possible.
