  • What does CyberRide sell?
    We specialize in electric rides and related gear: eBikes, eScooters, and useful accessories like locks, helmets, lights, and mounts.

  • Are your eBikes and eScooters street legal?
    Most of our models are designed to stay within common legal limits for power and top speed in North America and Europe. However, rules vary by country, state, and city. Always check your local regulations before riding on public roads or bike paths.

  • How do I choose between an eBike and an eScooter?
    Choose an eBike if you want comfort on longer rides, pedaling support, and better performance on hills. Choose an eScooter if you need something compact, portable, and easy to store or carry. If you tell us your weight, distance, and terrain, we can recommend a model.

  • What range can I expect from your electric rides?
    Range depends on battery size, rider weight, speed, terrain, and weather. Each product page includes an estimated range under normal conditions. As a rule of thumb, riding slower and using eco modes always increases range.

  • How long do the batteries last?
    Most batteries last between 500–800 full charge cycles before you notice a significant drop in capacity. With normal use, this usually means several years. Avoid fully draining the battery often and try not to store it empty for long periods.

  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times depend on your location and the product. Typical delivery is within a few business days to a couple of weeks. Exact estimates and tracking information are provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    In many cases, yes, but it depends on the product and your country’s battery and shipping restrictions. At checkout, you’ll see whether we can ship to your address. If you’re unsure, email us at ridescyber@proton.me.

  • Do your products come with a warranty?
    Yes. Most products include a limited manufacturer or store warranty that covers defects for a set period of time. The warranty length and conditions are listed on each product page. Damage from misuse, crashes, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

  • Can I return a product if I change my mind?
    We usually accept returns within a specific window if the product is unused and in original condition. Return conditions, restocking fees, and timelines are explained in our Returns/Refund Policy. If you’re not sure whether your order qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major bank cards and other common secure payment options (details shown at checkout). All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted gateways for your security.

  • Do I need to assemble my eBike or eScooter?
    Most rides arrive partially assembled. Basic tasks like attaching the handlebar, front wheel, pedals, or seat may be required. We recommend following the included manual or having a local bike shop quickly inspect and finalize assembly for maximum safety.

  • Is it safe to ride in the rain?
    Many models are splash-resistant, not fully waterproof. Light rain is usually fine, but we don’t recommend riding in heavy rain, through deep puddles, or submerging any electrical parts. Always check the IP rating in the product details.

  • What is the weight limit on your eBikes and eScooters?
    Weight limits vary by model. Each product page includes a recommended maximum rider weight. For comfort and safety, try to stay within that limit and consider extra load from bags or accessories.
