Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations
We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at ridescyber@proton.me

You can request a cancellation only while your order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to go through the regular return process after delivery (if eligible under our Return/Refund Policy).

How to Request a Cancellation
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A short note saying you want to cancel your order

If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.
If it has already shipped, we will inform you of the next steps.

Changes to Your Order
If you need to change your shipping address, product variant, or other details, contact us immediately at ridescyber@proton.me
If the order is still in processing, we will do our best to update it.
If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes, and you may need to wait for delivery and then request a return if applicable.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns your package to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, your order may be refunded minus any shipping, return, or handling fees incurred.
In some cases, we may offer to reship the order; additional shipping charges may apply.

Digital Communication and Timings
Cancellations are handled via email only. The time at which we receive your email (based on our inbox timestamp) is what we use to determine whether the order can still be cancelled before shipping.
We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already shipped at the time we read and process your message, even if you emailed shortly before.
